It was a very busy week in real estate sales in Alpharetta, GA this past week with new listings outstripping concluded sales by just over 3 to 1.  However, considering the 35 homes that went under contract, 12 expired listings, 25 sold listings and 14 listings withdrawn, the overall availabillity of housing increased by 3 units. This seems to indicate that Alpharetta is still experiencing a very even market!
